Know which ad sold every order in your Shopify store
In a Shopify store, the Ads Manager scoreboard rarely matches your orders screen. The Meta pixel lives in the customer's browser — where iOS wipes cookies within days, ad blockers stop it from firing, and an order that failed at the card step can still count as a Purchase. You end up pausing ads that sell and scaling ads that don't.
IzeAds flips the source: Shopify notifies IzeAds on every paid order, server to server, and IzeAds reconnects the order to the original click through the tracking code (SCK) that traveled with the visitor from your ad. Your dashboard shows orders that were actually paid — with refunds and chargebacks deducted.
How to set it up
The connection is done inside IzeAds in a few minutes: you connect Meta, generate the notification link and enable it in the platform panel. The full, always up-to-date walkthrough lives in the help center.

Paid orders in real time
Every paid order in your store shows up in the dashboard instantly, tied to the campaign, ad set and ad that brought the customer.
Refunds and chargebacks in ROAS
A returned or disputed order is deducted from the campaign's revenue — the ROAS you see is already net.
CAPI back to Meta
Each paid order is fed back to Meta via Conversions API (plus 7 other ad platforms), improving optimization for your store's campaigns.
Server-side, iOS-proof
The sale comes from Shopify's server, not the customer's browser — ad blockers and iOS restrictions stop costing you attribution.
Sales in your pocket, live
Push notifications on IzeAds' iOS and Android apps for every paid order — keep an eye on the store from anywhere.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't my pixel numbers match my Shopify orders?
Because the pixel depends on the customer's browser: iOS wiping cookies, ad blockers stopping the fire, and Purchases counted before payment confirmation. IzeAds receives the order from Shopify's server — only paid orders get in.
Do I need to install an app or edit my store theme?
The sales integration is done by registering IzeAds' notification link in Shopify's webhooks area — no theme surgery. IzeAds' tracking code on your site links each visitor to the ad that brought them.
Does a refunded order still count as a sale?
No. When Shopify reports the refund or chargeback, IzeAds deducts the amount from the matching campaign — the revenue and ROAS displayed are net.
I sell through more than one channel — can I bring it all together?
Yes. IzeAds supports multiple platforms at once, each with its own notification link, and consolidates all sales in the same dashboard, attributed to their campaigns.
